Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Affirm and Afterpay for buy-now-pay-later. All payments are processed on our secure payment page — we never store your card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at contact@jkwears.store as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is fully supported. An account simply lets you track your order history and check out faster next time.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items (like select The New Chapter pieces) are charged at checkout and ship on the date stated on the product page. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Canada — over 200 countries and territories, with live UPS rates and access-point delivery available at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Canada: 2–5 business days. USA: 3–7 business days. International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Will I pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Returns & Sizing
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
How do your sizes fit?
Most JK Wears pieces have a true-to-size athletic fit. Tracksuits are unisex — size up for an oversized street fit. Check the Size Guide for exact measurements.
An item I want is sold out — will it restock?
Limited drops don't always return. Join the newsletter to hear about restocks and new releases first.
