Shipping

Every order ships from our warehouse in Canada. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days; you'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel is on the move. Rates are calculated live at checkout by UPS based on your address and order weight.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. Pre-order items ship on the date stated on their product page.

Returns & Exchanges

1. 01

   30-day window

   You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Final-sale and customized items are non-returnable.

2. 02

   Start your return

   Email contact@jkwears.store with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with the return address and instructions within 48 hours.

3. 03

   Ship it back

   Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover everything.

4. 04

   Get refunded

   Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned.
