By accessing jkwears.store, you consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Non-compliance means you cannot use the site. This agreement binds customers to JK Wears, a Canadian clothing brand.

Users must be 16+ (or the legal age in their jurisdiction), have the capacity to contract, and provide accurate information. The company reserves cancellation rights for non-compliant accounts.

Registration: Browsing requires no account, but registration enables order tracking and preferences.

Security: Account holders bear sole responsibility for all activity and must report suspicious access immediately to contact@jkwears.store.

Termination: Accounts violating these terms, involving fraud, or inactive may be suspended or closed without notice.

Inventory is subject to availability. The company may discontinue products, limit quantities, or cancel orders with incorrect pricing. Colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen display settings.

All prices display in Canadian Dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout by location. Customers bear international customs duties and import taxes.

Process: Order confirmation arrives via email. The company reserves rejection rights, including for suspected fraud.

Methods: Credit/debit cards (Stripe), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are accepted; card details aren't stored.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within one hour via contact@jkwears.store; post-fulfillment cancellations aren't possible.

Partner: UPS handles shipments; timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk Transfer: Ownership passes upon carrier delivery.

Undeliverable Packages: Re-shipment incurs additional charges.

Eligibility: Within 30 days of delivery, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging with tags attached, and have proof of purchase. Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

Process: Email contact@jkwears.store with your order details for authorization and instructions.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.

All website content — logos, photography, text, graphics, and design — belongs exclusively to JK Wears and receives Canadian and international protection. Unauthorized reproduction risks legal action.

Prohibited activities include unlawful purposes, unauthorized system access, malicious code, data scraping, impersonation, and false reviews. Violations result in access restriction.

The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” JK Wears disclaims merchantability and fitness warranties, and any guarantees regarding site reliability or accuracy.

The company excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or third-party service failures. Maximum liability equals the order amount.

Ontario law and Canadian federal law apply. Disputes begin with contact@jkwears.store; unresolved cases fall under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

External links and integrated services aren't endorsed. Third-party interactions follow their own terms and policies.

JK Wears isn't liable for delays from natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain issues.

Invalid provisions are minimally modified; the remaining terms stay enforceable.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete understanding and supersede prior agreements.
