If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer”) and JK Wears (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a clothing brand registered in Canada.

4. Products and Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue any product without notice
• Limit the quantities available for purchase
• Refuse or cancel orders for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system errors

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen display settings.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s authorities. JK Wears has no control over and is not responsible for these charges.

 

6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, each processed securely by third-party providers:

• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. JK Wears does not store your payment card details.

6.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at contact@jkwears.store. After this window, orders may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Partner

We ship via UPS. Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. JK Wears is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue.

7.3 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Re-shipment may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

8.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

8.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, email contact@jkwears.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the JK Wears website — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product photography, text, graphics, and website design — is the exclusive property of JK Wears and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Acceptable Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
